1. SHIPPING/DELIVERY
ALL SHIPPING IS FREE!
All shoes are shipped directly from China. All shoes are shipped either UPS, USPS, EMS, TNT or DHL, depending on location.
After payment is received, their is a 24-72 hours processing period. After payment is processed, you will have your products within 5-7 business days (not counting weekends or Holidays). Most orders are processed and received by customers with 1 weeks. Some orders may take longer due to uncontrollable circumstance. In rare instances, their may be a customs charge, all buyers are responsible for these charges. In very rare cases, some products may be seized by customs, we have never had this happen, but in very rare cases, it is possible. Shoeshive.com is not responsible for any duty, tax or seizure by customs. Although if shoes are seized by customs, we will replace shoes at no extra charge. So you are safe.
We will not ship C.O.D. - Shoes are not available for local pick up!
2. EXCHANGE POLICY
All exchanges must be addressed within 5 days of receiving products. In order to make an exchange, all shoes must be in original, unworn, dead stock condition, or you will not qualify for an exchange.
Exchanges can only be made if the products were factory defects and/or it was under our mistake. Unacceptable reasons for exchange are customer chose wrong size/wrong color/wrong style/customer decides no longer wants.
We will exchange if we sent incorrect products or products are factory defective.
A 15% Restocking Fee MAY Be Applied To Exchanges Depending On Each Circumstance, It May Not Be Waived Depending On The Circumstance Of The Order. Shoeshive.com Reserves The Right To Apply This Charge To Any Exchange!
